As we all know, India is 3rd most infected country due to Noval Corona Virus COVID-19 and still UGC released guidelines for University examinations last night. According to Official guidelines, Universities should conduct last year exams in September. First and second year/semester exams can be cancel if the situation is not good in that particular area.
The question is what UGC want from students? Can exams not be postpone? Why UGC wants to conduct in risky way? 
India don't have one or two thousand university students but it has students in millions. Think, when lakhs of students will go to their exam centers. At a single exam center atleast five hundred to thousand students will give their exams. What is the condition then that the infection will not spread. UGC should understand that these students have no additional immune power to fight Corona. 
So, the students want to postpone their exams and want to promote them on base of previous year/semester or internal performance.
